Director, Elaine Winkler, has an established track record for providing excellent customer service to a diverse client base. She has a deep knowledge of the injectables market in Australia and New Zealand and understands the intricacies of running a clinic and how to keep patients/practitioners happy.

With a background in workplace training, Elaine has been involved in beauty and aesthetic enhancement since 1984 and specifically with aesthetic medicine since 2004. In this time she has built strong relationships with many of the leading practitioners, giving her great insight into what they require for success and optimal return on investment. Specialising in networking and partnerships/strategic alliances, she is trusted to assist in expanding their businesses.

With her background in training, Elaine has great expertise in the development of training initiatives, including curriculum and assessment criteria, and implementation for optimal training outcomes. This expertise has seen her host a great number of workshops targeting specific training requirements. She has a proven ability to source leading industry guest speakers and develop strategic alliance with Industry bodies. This allows her to facilitate training workshops that  value-add to the training outcome.

Resultantly, training is a core principle of the Transmedica ethos.

With over 35 years in beauty and aesthetic medicine, Elaine Winkler, Director,  has vast experience in launching new product ranges and introducing them successfully into client clinics – including dermal fillers, skincare and cosmeceutical ranges.

With over 35 years experience in beauty and aesthetic medicine, Director, Elaine Winkler has a wealth of knowledge. Her resumé includes company director, business development, marketing and managing exclusive workshop and training programs for aesthetic practitioners in the region.

Elaine understands how to successfully combine aesthetic treatments with passive income streams to maximise profits and ensure patient satisfaction.

Alexander Winkler BCE

Business Development

Alexander has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Business giving him a deep understanding of the processes and requirements that make a project and product successful.

In his almost 10 years as a managing director, he has developed strong skills in project and financial management, industry research and analysis and honed his skills to implement successful sales and marketing strategies.

Christine Harpham RN

Quality Assurance/Clinical Training

Christine started her career in acute care in Australia and abroad. Her hospital experience includes commissioning and marketing the first Private Regional Emergency Department in South East Queensland, 10 years as an ISO Quality Systems Auditor reporting to Private Health Funds and Queensland Health and she has a wealth of experience in healthcare regulatory affairs.

She is also qualified in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) and inclusive codes for delivery of training packages.

Recently she has almost 20 years Owner/Director of a medical equipment business specialising in paramedical equipment for short, medium and long term disability and rehabilitation.

Patricia Hampson RN

Clinical Support

Patricia has over 20 years of experience in aesthetic injectables and is one of the most experienced Aquamid injectors in Australia. She has a complete understanding of the pre- and post-treatment protocols to minimise patient complications and is a regional resource for other injectors who require advice.

Her knowledge across numerous aesthetic injectable products has seen her in demand as a trainer for a number of Australian distributors.

Prior to working in aesthetic medicine, Patricia had many years experience as a psychiatric charge nurse looking after a team of 10 practitioners and 25 – 35 patients, finely honing her problem solving skills. Insights gained during this phase of her career, have been useful in ensuring productive relationships with practitioners of all skill and educational abilities and to realistically manage patient expectations to ensure positive outcomes.

David Harpham BVSC

Relationships Manager

With almost 20 years as a director of a dominant regional business supplying, hiring and servicing paramedical equipment to the aged and disability sectors, David has a wealth of experience in ensuring the delivery great customer service and building lasting business relationships.

Prior to this, he completed a Bachelor of Veterinary Science leading to the acquisition of expertise in mixed practice in Australia and Herd Health (ruminants) implementation in Middle East (Sultanate of Oman).
